Terms of Service
Our commitment to transparent and fair service terms for all Wypper users.
These terms are an agreement between you and Wypper Tech Private Limited (CIN U96010DL2025PTC457253), the company operating wypper.in and the Wypper mobile app ("Wypper", "we", "us"). By creating a Wypper account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Wypper.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and the owner or authorised user of the vehicle you register. You agree to provide accurate information, including a working phone number and a real parking address inside our serviceable area.

What Wypper offers and where
Service Area
A monthly car wash subscription service in India, delivering professional car care at your declared parking location.
Service Schedule
Daily exterior washing and weekly interior cleaning, delivered on best-effort basis, at the slot you select in the app.
App-Based Service
Manage your subscription, schedule services, and communicate with our team through the Wypper mobile app.
Subscription & Billing
No setup fees. No hidden charges. Cancel any time.
- Plans are billed monthly in advance. The price for your vehicle category is shown before you confirm payment.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. You authorise us to charge the payment instrument you provide.
- If a renewal payment fails, we pause your service and notify you. Update your payment method in the app to resume.
- You can cancel any time from inside the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal — service continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- Prices may change. We'll tell you at least 14 days in advance. If you don't agree, cancel before the next renewal.
Refunds & missed washes
If we miss a wash through our fault, we will, at our option:
- Deliver an extra wash on a later day, OR
- Refund a pro-rated portion of your monthly fee.
Full-month refunds are issued only if Wypper terminates service in your area. Requests must be made within 14 days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay; allow up to 7 working days.
Wipers & on-site service
Our service partners ("wipers") visit your declared parking spot at the slot you selected. You agree:
- To make the vehicle reasonably accessible at the slot.
- That we are not responsible if the vehicle is locked away or surrounded by other cars — we mark it missed and try again.
- That before/after photos may be taken and stored as proof of service.
Acceptable use
You won't:
- Use Wypper for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
- Share your account credentials. You're responsible for all activity on your account.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with our app, API, or infrastructure.
- Abuse our wipers or use threatening / discriminatory / harassing language towards them or our support staff.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach, with refunds at our discretion.
Referrals
Referral bonuses are credited only when the referred user creates an account and pays for a first month. We may change the bonus amount or programme rules with notice. Self-referrals, fake accounts, and abuse void all bonuses.
Liability & disputes
Wypper is provided "as is". We don't promise uninterrupted service (network, payments, weather, and force majeure events can disrupt washes), or that every wash will meet your subjective expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost time, lost income, damage to a vehicle by reasons outside our wash process, etc.).
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law (e.g. for gross negligence or wilful misconduct).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi. Before going to court, please raise the issue with us at support@wypper.in — we'll try to resolve it within 30 days.
Termination
You can close your account at any time — see the account deletion page. We may terminate your account if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service in your area; in the latter case we refund the pro-rated unused portion.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms materially, we'll notify you in the app and by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
